Room rates are subject to a 7% Municipality Fee and a 10% Service Charge, an additional 5% VAT applies on the base rate including a 10% service charge. A Tourism Dirham fee of AED 15 per room per night also applies and will be collected from guests upon check-in.

A deposit is required upon arrival
for incidental charges and it will refunded upon check-out time. The standard check-in time is at

Guarantee Policy: Valid credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card presented when booking. In case of pre-authorization failure, the reservation made can be released at the hotel’s discretion.

Child Policy: A baby cot can be provided free of charge for an infant aged 3 and below in all room types. Children aged 4 - 11 are charged per night for extra beds, whereas children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.

Extra Bed Policy: Extra beds are subject to availability. Only one extra bed can be placed in the room. Not all room types can accommodate extra beds.
